Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@agility.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. This means you will receive a full refund less any shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order, in which case we will cover the return costs. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sales@agility.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not open or use the item if you do not intend to keep it.
Exchanges
The item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Contact us at sales@agility.com within the 14-day window so that we can assist you with an exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If everything is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
