- Please allow 1-3 business days for any purchase to be processed and shipped.
- We only ship Monday–Friday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking We will update your order with tracking information once your package has been shipped. If you do not receive a tracking number, please contact us at sales@agility.com.
Delivery Rates and Destinations
- Free delivery is available when you spend $75 or more.
- We currently deliver to all regions within the United States.
Out of Stock All orders are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified via email.
Cash on Delivery Unfortunately, Cash on Delivery is not available in the U.S. at this time. Please select from our other available payment methods during checkout.
Special Instructions There is a text box at checkout where you can add any notes or special instructions for your order.
Damaged Goods If you receive your order and it has been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at sales@agility.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Disclaimer It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address is complete and correct. AgilityCart will not be liable for lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at sales@agility.com to make the necessary corrections.
Any orders returned by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or for being unclaimed at delivery, will incur a fee to be reshipped. If you choose to request a cancellation or refund instead, we will cancel or refund your purchase less a shipping fee for the first shipping attempt, once the order has been returned to us by the carrier.
Extended Delivery Times Shipping to the following states and territories can take 3–6 weeks to be delivered. This is due to fragrances being classified as flammable hazardous materials (HAZMAT) that require ground transportation and cannot be shipped by air. As there are no ground shipping options from the continental U.S. to offshore locations, the only available option is sea freight, which may exceed the estimated delivery date provided at checkout.
